1. Service Description

PeptideSetup provides managed e-commerce infrastructure for online businesses. Our platform enables you to launch and operate an online store with integrated payment processing, hosting, and business tools. You retain full ownership of your store, customers, and data.

2. Subscription Terms

  • Billing occurs monthly on your subscription anniversary
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Onboarding fees paid during setup are non-refundable, as they cover time, configuration, and initial deployment
  • If we terminate your account per Acceptable Use Policy violations, remaining subscription fees will be prorated and refunded
  • Refunds (if applicable) are issued within 30 days of cancellation or termination

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Compliance with Laws: You are solely responsible for ensuring your business, products, and marketing comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
  • Product Labeling: You must provide accurate product descriptions, ingredients, warnings, and disclaimers as required by law
  • Payment API Keys: You must provide your own Stripe, crypto, or other payment processor credentials. We do not store card data or handle payment details
  • Security: You are responsible for securing your login credentials and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Data Storage & Backups

  • Your data (store configuration, orders, customers) is stored on a dedicated server under your control
  • We perform daily automated backups of your database
  • You may export your data at any time through the admin dashboard
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access to your database for 30 days before it is securely deleted

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate our Acceptable Use Policy. Examples include selling prohibited products, engaging in fraud, or illegal activity. Upon termination for AUP violations, remaining subscription fees will be prorated and refunded.
